If you have problems rolling onto your side at night try the following:
1. Bend up both knees with your feet flat on the bed.
2. Roll them both together over towards the side you want to lie on
3. Bring your arm up and over towards the side you are rolling to – keeping it fairly straight.
This then brings you over with very little effort onto your side.
If you have problems with hips or knees you can place a pillow between your knees to keep the upper leg from falling inwards.
