What Causes Blood in Urine?

Haematuria is the medical term for blood in your urine. Several different conditions and diseases can cause this including infections, kidney disease, cancer, and rare blood disorders. Sometimes the blood can be seen and other times not visible to the naked eye.

1. Fatigue/ Feeling tired all the time

2. Pain in the abdomen

3. Fever

4. Frequent Urination

5. Urine colour abnormal

6. Painful Urination

7. Urinary Urgency

8. Back Pain

Possible causes of blood in the Urine

1. Kidney stones 

2. Obstructive Uropathy

3. Enlargement of the Prostrate gland

4. Urinary tract Infection –

5. Urethritis

6. Pyelonephritis

7. Bladder stones

8. Bladder cancer
